Job Title: L1 Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled L1 Support Engineer to join our team at Milestone Technologies, Inc. As a key member of our IT Support Team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees across all departments and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues for Mac and PC
  • Collaborate with the IT Support Team to build and maintain mature systems and support IT projects
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior engineers
  • Support various IT systems, including Slack, G Suite, Jamf, Okta, Jira/Confluence, Mac, PC, Zoom, and more
  • Work with external vendors to provide repairs and replacements for Mac and PC hardware
  • Troubleshoot basic network issues, including DNS, VPN, and WiFi

Requirements:

  • Strong Apple support experience
  • JAMF MDM experience
  • Desire to learn new technologies and skills
  • Ability to handle support tickets in line with SLAs

Bonus Points:

  • Zoom Room configuration experience
  • Experience supporting large meeting AV needs

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $32.00/Hr - USD $37.00/Hr. We offer comprehensive benefit options, which vary depending on role, location, and employment type.
