Job Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests. You will be the face of our club and will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Help promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor and offering support in their fitness journeys.
  • Resolve member concerns and escalate to a manager as needed.
  • Answer phones and assist callers with their inquiries.
  • Perform membership-related functions, such as sign-ups, contact updates, cancellations, and collecting unpaid balances.
  • Perform prospective member calls and tours to assess their membership needs.
  • Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities.
  • Ensure restrooms are clean and sanitized, stocked, and clutter-free.
  • Perform a comprehensive walk of the club areas to identify and address safety, policy, and cleanliness concerns.
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
  • Willingness to become CPR/AED certified (training provided by Planet Fitness).
  • Basic computer proficiency.
