About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Executive to join our global brokerage team at Gallagher. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing existing relationships and delivering high-quality service to both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their risk management requirements.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue through the sale of additional lines of insurance or limit increases, and work closely with clients to implement these solutions.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure that all client interactions are handled in a timely and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding AJG's operational standards and practices.
  • Account Management: Grow and profitably manage an assigned group of client accounts, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or High School degree/GED with 10+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Licensing: Must hold appropriate licensing as required.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to use technology as a tool to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative and mutually meaningful relationships with internal and external clients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Insurance Knowledge: Insurance knowledge and P&C experience preferred.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid financial acumen and ability to analyze and use data to make decisions.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to facilitate and/or lead group meetings with internal and external clients.
  • Time Management: Ability to effectively manage/balance multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
