Position Overview: Are you experienced in customer support? Staffmark Group is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in assisting our partner organization focused on health and wellness initiatives.

Work Schedule:

  • Compensation: $15 per hour
  • Hours: Monday 8 AM - 5 PM | Tuesday 8 AM - 7 PM | Wednesday - Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM | Friday 8 AM - 12 PM

Qualifications: Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience and demonstrate fluency in both English and Spanish, both orally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities: As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:

  • Engaging with the public and internal/external customers
  • Providing tailored information and services to meet customer needs
  • Researching relevant policies to resolve customer inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments and managing WIC voucher printing
  • Maintaining accurate reports and managing caseloads
  • Overseeing office supply inventory
