Position Summary:

The Member Support Specialist is dedicated to providing outstanding service to all members, guests, and program participants. This role involves addressing member and guest inquiries, promoting memberships and programs, and ensuring the lobby area is clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and program participants both in-person and via phone, contributing to member loyalty.
  2. Conduct interviews and tours for potential members; facilitate membership sales.
  3. Foster relationships with members; assist them in connecting with each other and the organization.
  4. Address and resolve membership issues, while keeping supervisors informed of any unusual situations or unresolved matters.
  5. Implement all organizational policies related to member services.
  6. Monitor locker room areas as needed.
  7. Utilize technology systems effectively to enhance member retention.
