Position Overview
The bilingual Warehouse Supervisor, fluent in both English and Spanish, is responsible for processing orders and managing communications to meet customer requirements while ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are efficiently scheduled and organized. This role serves as a crucial link in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues, playing an essential part in our operational success.

Working Hours: 10pm - 6am
Compensation: $20.26 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct operations with a strong emphasis on safety.
  • Oversee daily activities within the Warehouse Management System, including managing inbound and outbound shipments, order picking, and inventory counts.
  • Collaborate with clients on system integration processes.
  • Address product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, identifying root causes, selecting optimal solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Prepare customer orders for processing efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as necessary.
  • Handle financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Generate product or service reports through the collection and analysis of customer data. Assist with order and product management tasks.
  • Demonstrate high efficiency in all assigned tasks.
  • Keep accurate records and reports.
  • Ensure the facility's equipment and materials are maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to all OSHA and MSDS standards.
  • Read, comprehend, and follow instructions, as well as code relevant documents.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • Extensive experience with Warehouse Management Systems is essential.
