Job Overview

Position Summary

The Financial Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the processing of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll functions.

Required Qualifications

Education/Certifications:

A High School diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate's degree in accounting, business, or a related discipline along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  1. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  2. Proficient mathematical skills.
  3. Familiarity with MS Office applications.
  4. Experience with Great Plains software is advantageous.
  5. Knowledge of ISolved is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Administer and process weekly payroll while compiling reports as necessary.
  2. Handle new employee onboarding, terminations, rate adjustments, and benefit deductions.
  3. Manage Accounts Receivable transactions.
  4. Oversee Accounts Payable activities.
  5. Respond to phone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  6. Welcome customers and vendors upon their arrival.
  7. Assist in organizing company tours.
  8. Facilitate customer credit card transactions.
  9. Conduct credit card reconciliations.
  10. Serve as a backup for the Cost Accountant.
  11. Perform additional duties as required.
