Service Manager

Cleveland Brothers, a leading Cat dealer in western and central Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, is seeking a highly motivated Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our service department, ensuring that all job assignments are carried out efficiently and effectively while maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse team of service personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control service expenses and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety meetings and investigating accidents or safety concerns.
  • Coordinate outside vendor repair work and ensure all warranty requirements are met.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, conducting performance evaluations and assigning building maintenance duties.
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction equipment repair procedures and their application.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, understand, interpret, and convey technical information.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and learn new systems and processes.
  • Solid computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
