Job Title: International Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled International Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide timely and effective customer service to our international clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Work closely with our logistics team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
  3. Monitor order patterns and anticipate demand to proactively inform customers about contract balances and related information.
  4. Understand customer requirements and consequences of deviating from customer requests, ensuring that we meet their needs and expectations.
  5. Build and maintain good relationships with our customers, supply chain partners, and internal teams to increase customer satisfaction and value.
  6. Interact with our planning team to monitor stock levels and production dates, controlling customer orders and ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience managing customer accounts of minimum two years.
  • Experience in International Commerce and Logistics.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP or Oracle.
