Job Summary:

The Guest Services Representative at Opry Mills Mall will serve as the primary greeter for the GSD, engaging with customers and introducing them to a Sales Concierge for more information about our vacation packages. The representative will also fulfill any GSD requests, including gift card purchases, directions, map requests, and coupon book requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greets all potential customers with a friendly and professional demeanor outside the kiosk, ensuring all customers are welcomed.
  2. Engages in conversation with potential customers to share information about Simon Mall and Bluegreen Vacations services, products, and promotions, using only Company-approved collateral material and documents.
  3. Promotes our brand and marketing campaigns to create interest with the customer.
  4. Assists customers with information about Bluegreen.
  5. Processes gift card purchases and paperwork.
  6. Fulfills coupon book requests based on Simon criteria.
  7. Completes end-of-shift and end-of-day reports as required.
  8. Monitors the customer flow at the kiosk and may need to keep customers engaged during periods of wait time.
  9. Displays positive, courteous, and respectful behavior towards the company, fellow associates, our customers, and business partners.
  10. Follows policies and procedures of the company and ensures sales team compliance.
Requirements:
