Overview

CalOptima Health is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (Non-Bilingual) to provide exceptional support to members and providers in Orange County.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members and providers with inquiries and complaints related to Medi-Cal programs.
  • Provide information on eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and services.
  • Maintain departmental productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Identify and communicate challenges that may arise while adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a call center capacity.
  • A typing speed of 35 words per minute.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in Medi-Cal or health services is a plus.
