Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and qualified CNC Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in nurturing existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business ventures.

Key Responsibilities:
As a CNC Sales Specialist, you will:
1. Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting CNC machine tools and engineering services.
2. Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the machine tool industry, along with our product offerings.
3. Stay informed about competitors' products to maintain a competitive edge.
4. Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
5. Oversee critical projects from installation through to successful initial operations, ensuring top-tier service.
6. Facilitate ongoing communication and feedback between internal teams and clients.
7. Foster collaborative relationships with Sales, Service, Application Engineering, and Parts teams.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of external sales experience, ideally in an industrial context.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship abilities.
- Experience in project and time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A proactive, competitive mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
- Attention to detail and the ability to travel occasionally.
