Position Overview

The role involves designing, laying out, testing, and assessing mechanical and electro-mechanical systems. Responsibilities include product development tasks such as interpreting customer specifications and documentation requirements. The position also supports existing product lines through design modifications and hardware adjustments in production. Additionally, it entails coordinating responses during equipment downtimes, implementing countermeasures, improvement strategies, and ensuring SQDC containment related to equipment.



Key Responsibilities


• Lead projects, including planning, budgeting, preparation, status reporting, and management

• Design and develop equipment countermeasures to address SQD characteristics

• Engineer job processes, including development and verification

• Initiate and lead equipment enhancement projects

• Analyze equipment and develop improvement and countermeasure strategies

• Mentor team members and foster development



Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience

Experience Requirements

2-8 years in a relevant field

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, 3D modeling software, project management, effective oral and written communication, CAD software, and strong interpersonal and customer service skills



Work Environment

70% Office Work
20% Floor and Equipment Evaluation
10% Production Support
Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
