Job Purpose

Lead paint materials development (Pretreat, sealant, and paint coatings) from R&D (Research and Development) to production application through strategic planning and execution to achieve product specifications and key SEQDCM metrics to exceed customer expectations.

Key Accountabilities
  • Project planning and implementation
  • Material Budget and cost analysis
  • Material ordering and inventory
  • Production material monitoring
  • Material group support
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering or equivalent relevant experience (6 years)
  • 0-6 years' experience based on education
  • Complex problem analysis skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word), Time management
Working Conditions
  • Flexible work hours
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Ability to travel, both domestic and international
  • 0-5 hours of overtime per week possible
  • Weekend and Holiday work may be required
  • 50/50% Standing vs. sitting
  • Shutdown work may be required
  • Manufacturing environment.
