Key Responsibilities
  • Training Support: Assist hourly employees with connectivity issues, passwords, and PC errors to training sites, ensuring seamless access to training resources.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Connect new hires to the Self-Service tool, introduce them to the Learning Center, and submit learning rosters for courses tracked by supervisors.
  • Data Analysis: Pull data to report on MLL completion status, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Training Quality Assurance: Assist trainers in temp-to-hire onboarding by auditing onboarding quality, implementing continuous improvement, and conducting 30-day refresher trainings.
  • Documentation Control: Work directly with trainers, QA Techs, and QEs to create and update work instructions, JBS', SPLs, quality alerts, and other critical documents.
  • Training Content Development: Create training videos and photos for core-related training and job/task-specific training, seeking feedback from associates to improve training quality and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 2 years of related experience in HR or training
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • High School Diploma
What We Offer

A competitive hourly rate of $25-27/hr and a full-time opportunity with a temp-to-hire status. This role requires 100% onsite work, Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5pm.
