About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Associate to join our team at Wise Auto Group. As an Events Associate, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating events for our dealership location, working closely with the Events Manager to create online invitations, manage resources, and arrange venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build excitement around the dealership, creating new business and enhancing current business.
  • Assist with planning and executing events, including creation of marketing materials, event setup, event cleanup, and shopping for supplies.
  • Stay compliant with all MAP policies and OTTHD policies.
  • Inform neighbors of upcoming dealership events.
  • Keep events within approved budget.
  • Coordinate agenda, calendar, and relevant materials for event planning meetings.
  • Serve as onsite contact for inquiries regarding scheduled and upcoming events.
  • Assist with daytime and evening events or other departments as needed.
  • Potential travel to other dealership locations to provide support for scheduled events.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position.
  • Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
  • Able to handle confidential information.
  • Professional and dependable.
  • Computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Extremely detail-oriented.
