National Account Development Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join Emerald Resource Group as a National Account Development Manager, Pacific Northwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and building business relationships with national account customers in the Pacific Northwest region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow revenue in the defined region by focusing on long-term opportunities with key product offerings.
  • Meet with customers to demonstrate the value provided by our products and train them on our offerings.
  • Identify and target end-users and fleets to drive demand through our existing customer network.
  • Continuously optimize the dealer network to maximize long-term revenue.
  • Develop and execute sales plans consistent with our commercial strategy.
  • Utilize CRM as a strategic tool to maintain customer records and manage the opportunity pipeline.
  • Use data analytics to identify opportunities to grow customer value, improve efficiency, and make better strategic decisions.
  • Identify, establish, and grow new dealers.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and continually add new products to existing customers.
  • Negotiate key dealer agreements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive sales and territory management experience.
  • Knowledge/experience in the OEM, truck equipment, heavy equipment, manufacturing, and/or automotive industry is preferred.
  • Significant overnight travel required.
  • Proven negotiating experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to efficiently use data analytics and related tools.
  • Strong communication skills internally and externally.
  • Highly organized and skilled in time management.
  • Ability to present in large group settings across multiple customer types.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
