Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Coach and Business Development Intern. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your coaching and business skills, while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Coach soccer sessions for children aged 2-8 years old, promoting a fun and engaging experience while ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to increase brand awareness and enrollment.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including parents, coaches, and community partners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- Business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
