Key Responsibilities- Assist in building sales and maintaining house accounts through active communication with dealers, customers, and internal teams.
- Maintain sales programs within assigned territories by keeping customers informed about available services, supplies, prices, and new products.
- Provide exceptional customer service via walk-ins, phone calls, and emails, ensuring a high level of professionalism and satisfaction.
- Execute all aspects of the sales function, including order processing, purchase orders, payment processing, quotes, and delivery dates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Regularly reach out to customers to determine their satisfaction with the organization, products, and services.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on sales activities and manage inventory levels.
- Expand knowledge of HVAC products and stay current with the latest industry trends.
- Learn the roles and responsibilities of all functions and departments within the branch, including CSRs, Inside Sales Representatives, Warehouse Associates, Drivers, and Branch Managers.
- Work collaboratively with all levels of management and peers to ensure effective teamwork and deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure the branch showroom is adequately stocked, cleaned, and organized, and that there are no safety hazards.
- Possesses a broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
- Has no discretion to deviate from established procedures by performing structured work assignments.
- Work is closely supervised.
- Problems faced are not typically difficult nor complex.
- Explains facts, policies, and practices related to job area.
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn and demonstrate knowledge of the complete operations of the branch within 8-12 months and be ready to move into a Branch Manager position when training is complete.
- Effective and high-quality customer service and relationship management skills.
- Positive, professional attitude, handling difficult customers with ability to diffuse negative situations.
- Developing rapport and effective listening skills, including high-level professionalism, patience, poise, and tact.

- Knowledge of HVAC equipment and products is preferred.
- Ability to assist in the warehouse and operate a forklift as needed, while doing so in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ability to understand and follow procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
- 1-3 years of customer service, retail, or HVAC experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or HVAC-related field, or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
