Your Responsibilities:

As a Retail Management Assistant, you will:

  • Provide leadership in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all team members.
  • Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified candidates, fostering leadership skills, empowering staff, and promoting productivity.
  • Assist in executing merchandising and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote our loyalty programs.
  • Ensure a clean and safe store environment by adhering to health and sanitation standards.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and possess proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Hold a High School diploma or GED, or possess at least one year of retail management experience.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and appropriate insurance during employment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask, perform physical activities such as bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
