Leasing Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Leasing Specialist to join our team at Levco Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to leasing inquiries, following up on leads, and touring apartments. You will also process rental applications, execute leases, and collect deposits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up on leads
  • Tour apartments and show properties to potential renters
  • Process rental applications and execute leases
  • Collect deposits and manage rent payments
  • Assist with administrative and property management tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the apartment management industry with lease up experience
  • Strong communication and writing skills with ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Prior experience with Yardi, preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
