**About the Role**

MarketSource is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales productivity and customer satisfaction within retail locations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Proactively approach customers within retailer locations and assist in various wireless product and accessory sales while providing exceptional customer service.
* Engage in side-by-side selling with retail associates to increase sales and revenue.
* Participate in in-store promotions and coordinate with appropriate personnel to drive sales growth.
* Participate in wireless sales events in retailer locations to showcase products and services.

**Training and Development:**

* Maintain sound knowledge of multiple carriers' wireless products and services.
* Attend requested training sessions and conference calls to stay up-to-date on new products and services.
* Review new product and service offerings from our client retailer to stay informed.

**Relationship Development:**

* Establish and manage critical relationships within the program.
* Develop and manage positive business relationships with retail store management and employees.

**Additional Requirements:**

* Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.
* Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise when necessary.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
