Complex Claims Resolution Manager

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure seamless delivery processes and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to complex customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
* Process claims and non-medical appeals according to business/contract regulations and internal standards
* Maintain accurate records and provide feedback to management regarding customer issues
* Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure seamless delivery processes
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience (Bachelor's degree strongly preferred)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Availability for 5 weeks of training, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5 PM
Compensation and Benefits
