Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an aggressive sales and marketing strategy to grow new and existing relationships
  • Identify and develop prospects into significant new relationships with yearly goals for income production
  • Implement a sales call plan that aligns with established goals
  • Cross-sell opportunities to existing customers
  • Utilize bank reporting tools to track progress and provide exceptional customer service
  • Continuously monitor current loans and customer credit profiles to ensure conformity with terms
  • Direct accountability for loss prevention and determine necessary action to be taken on all loans
  • Extend credit within assigned limits to commercial customers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Three (3) or more years of commercial banking or related experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA)
  • Credit analyst experience
  • Experience in commercial banking or related field
