As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued from the moment they arrive until they leave. You will be the first point of contact for many guests, and your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will set the tone for their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Make outgoing calls to guests to confirm reservations and provide updates on their appointments.
- Manage guest reservations, including checking in and out guests, and rebooking appointments as needed.
- Process payments and handle any issues that may arise during the guest's visit.
- Collaborate with Wax Specialists to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
