About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our team at Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell the company's products and services to prospective and established customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports as required.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via walk-ins, phone calls, and emails, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient problem-solving.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of progressive sales and customer service experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and products, as well as general Microsoft Office skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Bilingual - Spanish language proficiency is required.
