Full-Time Retail Sales Representative Job Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Wireless Vision.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in retail or a similar environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand and meeting customers' wireless needs, while working collaboratively as part of our store team to achieve personal and company goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, including greeting customers, answering phones, and assessing their needs.
  • Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers' accounts, and excelling in quality metrics.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and promoting the brand inside and outside the store/retail location.
  • Assist with all functions within a retail store, ensuring compliance with Wireless Vision policies and procedures.
  • Work with store management to open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory count, and deposits.
  • Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
  • Share customer experiences with the rest of your team, including management.
  • Ensure the maintenance of store appearance, back room, restrooms, and individual work area according to retail store standards.
  • Assist customers with service activations, changes, and bill payments, respond to billing inquiries, equipment replacement, sell accessories, and process price plan changes and upgrades.
  • Build customers' confidence by making their experience comfortable and simple while meeting their needs.
  • Engage in service selling and right-fitting customers with the appropriate total technology solution.
  • Perform other tasks, duties, or projects assigned by management.

Your Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or a similar environment with a strong customer focus.
  • Professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
  • Flexible scheduling availability.
  • Completed High school diploma/GED.
  • Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
  • Able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.
  • Able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
