Our Family Medicine office is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a high level of expertise and attention to detail. As a Hybrid Phone Triage RN, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle patient interactions via telephone, providing advice and guidance in accordance with clinical protocols
  • Coordinate proper disposition of patient calls, including referrals to specialists, hospital admissions, and prescription refills
  • Work independently to triage patient calls, using clinical judgment and expertise to determine the best course of action
  • Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical protocols and guidelines to ensure the highest level of patient care

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
  • Current Massachusetts licensure as an RN
  • Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association
  • Family Medicine/Primary Care Nursing experience preferred
  • Phone Triage experience preferred
