As a Financial Consultant at Charles Schwab, you will manage a portfolio of existing clients, offering them wealth management and financial planning advice. Over time, you will expand your practice holistically through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning referrals. If you possess a securities license, thrive in a collaborative environment, and share our dedication to client service, this position is ideal for you.
What You Have
Required Qualifications:
- A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is mandatory.
- Obtaining or acquiring a FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance will be necessary during your tenure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, foster trust, and enhance client relationships through a focused communication strategy that exceeds expectations.
- Strong candidates will learn to leverage our team of specialists, Schwab advice guidelines, market knowledge, and the ability to inspire action to help clients achieve their goals.
- Willingness to manage wealth on behalf of clients, including Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning.
- Adaptability to implement changes as market and business conditions evolve.
- A passion for community engagement to facilitate discussions with clients about market conditions, sound investing principles, and optimal wealth and long-term investment strategies tailored to their situations.
- A desire to deliver an exceptional investor experience while advancing your own professional development in Wealth Management.
Compensation and Benefits
This role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities in addition to the salary range.
