As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will manage a portfolio of existing clients, offering them wealth management and financial planning advice. What You Have

Required Qualifications:

  • A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
  • Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance will be necessary during your tenure.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships, foster trust, and enhance client connections through a focused communication strategy that exceeds expectations.
  • Strong candidates will learn to leverage our team of Schwab specialists, adhere to Schwab advice guidelines, and utilize market knowledge to inspire action that helps clients achieve their goals.
  • Willingness to manage wealth on behalf of clients, including areas such as Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning.
  • Adaptability to implement changes as market and business conditions evolve.
  • A passion for community engagement to facilitate discussions with clients about market conditions, sound investing principles, and optimal wealth and long-term investment strategies tailored to their unique situations.
  • A desire to deliver an exceptional investor experience while advancing your own professional development in Wealth Management.

Compensation and Benefits

This role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities in addition to the salary range.
