Job Title: Registered Nurse - Clinical Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. As a key member of our dialysis team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our facilities.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate patient care and services, including trend lab values, vital signs, and outcome management.
  • Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients through effective communication and collaboration with the clinical team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • At least 18 months of registered nursing experience, preferably in dialysis or nephrology.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
