Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement patient care services for a designated unit or patient population.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing personnel to ensure adherence to Montefiore Medical Center's standards of practice.
- Provide coaching and feedback to nursing personnel as needed.
- Collaborate with the Administrative Nurse Manager to coordinate fiscal, human, and other resources needed to provide patient care services.
- Participate in performance improvement and research activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse and current registration or valid permit to practice in New York State as an R.N.
- Certification preferred in specialty or efforts to achieve certification.
- BSN Degree is required.
