- Cultivate workplace culture and uphold a code of conduct.
- Foster client relationships to create additional engagement opportunities through quality service delivery.
- Support growth initiatives through market research and networking.
- Provide value to clients through detailed revenue analysis and financial statement preparation.

Desired Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years of public accounting and industry experience, with at least 3 years in public accounting.
- Proven supervisory experience in a team setting.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required; CPA license is preferred.
- Familiarity with a wide range of industries, including technology and life sciences.
- Professional demeanor with a strong passion for technical accounting.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of motivating teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for technical accounting research and a desire for continuous learning.
- Ability to act as a primary client contact and lead engagements.
- Knowledge of IFRS or other international accounting standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
