Job Summary

The Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (ADTLL) plays a pivotal role in driving brand strategy for endometrial and thyroid cancer indications in the East region. This position requires a highly motivated individual who can collaborate with field colleagues to synthesize and share insights, as well as identify regional marketing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead KOL engagement, insight generation, and trend analysis to inform brand strategy
  • Collaborate with external peer-to-peer vendors to support educational initiatives
  • Partner with Thought Leader Liaison peers and reports to the Executive Director, Oncology Portfolio Marketing, Pipeline Planning & Thought Leader Marketing
  • Enable local/account level partnership with national, regional, and emerging thought leaders
  • Support advisory boards with KOL identification, engagement, and logistics consistent with compliance policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience with 5 years in oncology
  • 2 years account management experience and/or people leadership skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eisai Oncology sales and marketing team members are eligible to be considered for the Associate Director TLL role after 2 years in current role with a minimum of meets expectations or higher performance
