About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital E-commerce Leader to oversee and optimize our online store operations, digital marketing campaigns, and sales growth across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • E-commerce Platform Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple e-commerce websites (Shopify, Magento, etc.), ensuring smooth user experience and functionality.
    • Collaborate with design and development teams to maintain and enhance website features, ensuring the site is optimized for speed, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and customer experience.
    • Regularly update product listings, promotions, and website content.
    • Implement and monitor website improvements, including checkout flow and site performance optimization.
  • Digital Marketing & Advertising:
    • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
    • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize return on investment (ROI) on ads.
    • Manage budgets for paid search, display, shopping campaigns, and social media ads.
    • Monitor performance metrics such as cost per click (CPC), cost per add (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), etc., and make adjustments to improve performance.
    • Create and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters that drive conversions and customer engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant tools to track e-commerce key performance indicators (KPIs), traffic, conversion rates, average order value, etc.
    • Create weekly/monthly performance reports and share insights with the management team.
    • Analyze customer data and sales trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • SEO & Content Optimization:
    • Collaborate with content and SEO teams to improve organic search rankings, product page SEO, and overall content strategy.
    • Regularly update product pages, ensuring accurate descriptions, keywords, and high-quality images are included to drive organic traffic.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, inventory, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
    • Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and product launches across e-commerce channels.
  • Customer Experience & Retention:
    • Monitor and improve the customer journey, from the initial visit to checkout and post-purchase follow-up.
    • Develop customer retention strategies, such as loyalty programs and targeted remarketing campaigns.
  • Customer Chat Support:
    • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via live chat, addressing product questions, issues, and concerns promptly.
    • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any problems with empathy and professionalism.
    • Be available to manage customer chat communications during weekends and holidays, ensuring continuous support for our customers.
