Strategic Enterprise Sales Leader

We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Director to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team to success.
Competitive Compensation: $100k - $115k USD/year + achievable commission plan
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in enterprise sales, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets. They will possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for independently engaging with prospective clients within assigned accounts to showcase Lionbridge's innovative solutions. You will maintain a robust and up-to-date pipeline, identifying existing and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
As a key member of our sales team, you will educate clients on our service lines, solutions, pricing, and availability, consistently exceeding revenue quotas. Your primary objective will be to stay abreast of industry trends and developments, incorporating market insights into sales strategies.
You will provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, contributing to overall sales strategy and planning. Additionally, you will act as a brand ambassador for Lionbridge, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth.
- High level of self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales effectiveness.
