Lionbridge Technologies is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to spearhead the growth of our AI and Machine Learning business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions, and driving sales strategies to achieve set targets.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to expand Lionbridge's presence in the AI market, focusing on strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, technical leaders, and other decision-makers.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential deals, utilizing CRM software and other sales tools to track progress and identify new opportunities.
  • Presentation and communication skills are crucial in articulating the value proposition of Lionbridge's AI solutions to diverse audiences.
What You Will Do
  1. Contact prospective customers within assigned accounts to present Lionbridge's AI and Machine Learning solutions, ensuring a clear understanding of the value proposition.
  2. Educate clients on Lionbridge's AI service lines, solutions, pricing, and availability, fostering trust and credibility through effective communication.
  3. Collaborate closely with Sales and internal/external Operations teams to drive successful outcomes, leveraging each stage of the sales cycle to advance the sale and close deals.
  4. Stay up-to-date on AI industry trends and developments, incorporating market insights into sales strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets, specifically within AI and Machine Learning.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster trust and credibility with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth in the AI sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales effectiveness.
