Rite Rug Flooring is seeking a detail-oriented Account Coordinator to manage accounts and ensure timely installation of flooring products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm material availability for installation and services
  • Maintain accurate files and records
  • Request job finishes and communicate with Account Managers and Construction Managers
  • Schedule services with homeowners and builders
  • Perform pre- and post-installation walks

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties

Additional Requirements:

  • Pass a background check and drug test
  • Effective oral and written communication skills

Compensation:

$45,000 to $50,000 based on experience
