Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mitigation Manager to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore 7622 - Gilbert. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for leading our production activities in the field, making decisions that impact the success of our assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Restoration Efforts: Oversee and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to explain restoration processes, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Estimating and Reporting: Create estimates and reports using Xactimate, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control inspections to ensure restoration work meets company standards.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review documentation, including notes, photos, and reports, to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies.
Requirements
  • Strong Industry Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the insurance restoration and construction industries.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Xactimate and other relevant software, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: Hold certifications such as ASD, FSRT, OCT, and WRT, or be willing to obtain them.
  • Education: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred.
