Job Summary

Fishbeck is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in our marketing operations team, supporting business development efforts and contributing to design excellence and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage proposal submissions for various client types to support Fishbeck's services.
  • Conduct research for target markets or potential clients.
  • Ensure branding aligns with marketing goals and corporate standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal clients throughout an assignment to ensure project timelines and requirements are understood.
  • Compose layout and content for marketing materials, utilizing graphic design and creative writing skills.
  • Organize, produce, and assemble marketing support materials, including qualifications packages, proposals, presentations, and interviews.
  • Assist in interview preparation, content, and graphics.
  • Maintain high-quality work product in terms of accuracy, content, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Help strategize for marketing campaigns, trade shows, speaking engagements, award submittals, social media, advertising, and digital marketing.
  • Perform basic marketing tasks, such as printing, binding, scheduling appointments, coordinating tradeshows, planning events, and proofreading.
  • Participate in industry-specific professional organizations.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to drive an integrated approach in all deliverables.
Requirements

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience
5+ years of experience with an in-house marketing department, preferably in architecture or engineering consulting.

Skills
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products, with InDesign experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with digital asset management and client relationship management systems.
  • Excellent conceptual, typography, and layout skills.
  • Proven record of developing and writing comprehensive, effective, and creative positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Personable and able to communicate effectively with coworkers, management, and clients.
