Bath Planet is a leading manufacturer and installer of acrylic bath remodeling fixtures, seeking a skilled Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team in Kentwood, Michigan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify events and shows within our assigned territory to promote our products.
  • Negotiate contracts with event vendors to secure prime locations and favorable terms.
  • Book an annual calendar of events and shows, ensuring a strong presence in the market.
  • Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators to showcase our products and generate leads.
  • Work at events to demonstrate our products and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule demonstrators to work events and coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down.
  • Set appointments for free in-home consultations at events and shows.
  • Follow up on contest entries and schedule consultations.
  • Measure and report results to optimize event performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to coach, train, and motivate others.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30 pounds.
  • Availability to work weekends.
