Position Overview

Under general supervision, this role involves executing a range of administrative, clerical, and secretarial tasks to support the operational needs of a designated unit or office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Responsible for entering data and processing various documents and records.
  • Office Equipment Operation: Utilize standard office machinery to perform daily tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Carry out tasks related to administrative functions such as personnel management, procurement, records administration, and inventory control.
  • Clerical Duties: Provide essential clerical support, including typing, filing, supply ordering, and mail sorting.
  • Functional Area Support: Assist within specific functional areas, which may include processing transactions, reviewing applications, scheduling training sessions, and maintaining financial records.
  • General Office Assistance: Offer clerical support across the office, encompassing data entry, document copying and distribution, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Executive Support: Deliver secretarial and administrative assistance to senior management, employing independent judgment and initiative to fulfill duties effectively.
Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in general office or administrative roles.
