  • Manage patient flow efficiently within the office.
  • Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Operate a multi-line telephone system to assist patients.
  • Support patients with payment processing and appointment scheduling.
  • Input and maintain accurate data in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
  • Ensure patient charts are organized and up-to-date.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $12-$14 per hour
