Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient flow efficiently within the office.
- Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Operate a multi-line telephone system to assist patients.
- Support patients with payment processing and appointment scheduling.
- Input and maintain accurate data in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Ensure patient charts are organized and up-to-date.
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred.
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $12-$14 per hour
