Key Responsibilities:
As a Property Management Associate, you will embody our values and set a standard for excellence.

Your enthusiasm for community engagement and apartment living will shine through as you create memorable experiences for our residents.

In this dynamic role, you will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a keen attention to detail that is essential for effective leadership.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example and upholding the standards that reflect the culture of The Bozzuto Group, Inc.
  • Meeting financial goals through effective rent collection and management of outstanding accounts.
  • Engaging in sales and marketing efforts, including conducting informative and personalized tours that lead to new leases.
  • Fostering brand loyalty by ensuring every interaction with residents is positive and impactful.
  • Maintaining the community's aesthetic appeal, ensuring both the interior and exterior are immaculate, while representing the Bozzuto brand with professionalism.
  • Coaching and inspiring team members to achieve their best.
  • Working weekends to accommodate prospective residents in their search for a new home, with two weekdays off.
  • Assuming leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Property Manager.
Qualifications:

We seek candidates with:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail.
  • Experience with revenue management, P&L, and budget oversight.
  • Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms to create engaging content.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with industry software, preferably YARDI, and various computer applications.
