Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Cardiac Ultrasound Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing cardiac ultrasound procedures, interpreting echocardiogram results, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for examination and perform all 2-dimensional echoes, M-mode, and Doppler studies
  • Prepare preliminary interpretation of echocardiogram studies
  • Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports for supervising physicians
  • Assist supervising physicians with training of residents, fellows, and other physicians
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cardiac ultrasound technology and techniques
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of an accredited training course in cardiac technology
  • Successful completion of an accredited training course in cardiac ultrasound
  • Interpretation skills to facilitate a comprehensive examination and accurate preliminary interpretation
  • Successful completion of a cardiac echocardiography technology program
