Incredible Health is actively hiring for a Registered Nurse - Telemetry position in the New Britain, CT area. We're seeking experienced nurses with a background in cardiac care to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs, interpreting data to identify signs of distress or abnormal patterns
* Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to the medical plan of care
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate and modify the plan of care as necessary
* Educate patients and their families on best practices for heart health, treatment plans, and home care instructions

Requirements:

* Associate's Degree (ADN) or above in nursing
* Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
* 1 year experience in cardiac telemetry or other cardiac care setting preferred
* BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association
* Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and other cardiac monitoring techniques
* Proficient in electronic medical record systems
