Aesthetic Sales Professional

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our comprehensive suite of nonsurgical and surgical cosmetic treatments. Your success will be measured by exceeding monthly sales goals and maintaining excellence in weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics. You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals, including the Practice Director and Medical Director. To excel in this role, you must be poised, professional, creative, eager to succeed, passionate, and charismatic. A background in aesthetics is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to identify ways to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals.
  • Conduct one-on-one beauty strategy sessions, both virtually and in-office, influencing patients to take positive actions.
  • Address patient needs, adding substantial value throughout their aesthetic journey.
  • Manage revenue across multiple patient accounts at different stages of the sales cycle.
  • Offer patient education, coordination, and scheduling for plastic surgery procedures.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and physicians.
  • Provide an exceptional experience for every prospect and patient, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
