Job Overview

Livius Prep is a leading education company with 40 years of experience. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Academic Director - Sales and Growth. This is a full-time hybrid sales role based in Massachusetts, with a focus on building genuine relationships with students and families worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in intangible sales, with experience in the K-12 education industry being highly preferred. They will be responsible for responding to inquiries, connecting with clients, and providing excellent customer service while interacting with prospective and existing clients.

The role requires the ability to balance outstanding customer service with aggressive sales, and the ability to overcome objections during the sales process. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and will have a proven track record of achieving weekly, monthly, and annual aggressive outbound call volume, interview, and enrollment quotas.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience, with commissions averaging an additional $36,000-$72,000 in annual compensation. The company also offers unlimited PTO after the first six months, 401k with match, health and dental benefits, and a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries from website, phone calls, referrals, and other marketing sources in a timely manner
  • Connect with clients both face-to-face and over the phone or video conference
  • Provide excellent customer service while interacting with prospective and existing clients
  • Communicate effectively regarding services and program offerings
  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets and quotas
  • Effectively solicit personally developed leads
  • Manage pipeline of inquiries, interviews, and enrollments
  • Properly forecast weekly sales and revenue
  • Follow through on the entire sales process, never cutting corners
  • Uphold the highest of ethical standards

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of success in intangible sales (education, fitness, health care, etc.)
  • Experience selling within the K-12 education industry highly preferred
  • Ability to balance outstanding customer service with aggressive sales, and the ability to overcome objections during the sales process
  • Comfort with a fast-paced, metrics-driven and measured performance work environment
  • Proven track record of achieving weekly, monthly, and annual aggressive outbound call volume, interview, and enrollment quotas
  • Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills
  • High ethical standards are a must
  • Some weekend and evening hours are expected
