About the Role

Baldwin Park Family Dental is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager of Dental Practice to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strive for Mastery: Prioritize and complete all necessary training to develop technical, commitment, and leadership skills.
  • Develop and Pursue Goals: Establish and work towards annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
  • Ensure Goals and Priorities: Use servant leadership to ensure the goals and priorities of our doctors and teams are achieved.
  • Support Doctor-Led Philosophy: Collaborate with our doctors to implement our Doctor-Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations Focus philosophy.
  • Create Alignment: Foster alignment with our doctors through daily one-on-ones, morning huddles, and weekly touch points.
  • Partner with Doctors: Collaborate with our doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and select candidates that are an 80% match for both the position and the practice.
  • Onboard New Team Members: Successfully onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office.
  • Support Team Members: Support team members to prioritize and plan their training through Core Essentials and beyond.

Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree: Possess an associate's or bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of leadership experience in a professional office, hospitality, retail, banking, medical, or similar field.
  • Experience in Fast-Paced Environment: Have experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess the ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Trustworthiness: Maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.
