About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager of Dental Practice to join our team at Dental Care of Eagleridge. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strive for Mastery: Prioritize and complete all necessary training to develop technical, commitment, and leadership skills.
  • Develop and Pursue Goals: Establish and work towards annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
  • Lead by Example: Ensure the goals and priorities of our doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
  • Support Doctor-Led Philosophy: Focus on synergy meetings, team meetings, and morning huddles to support our doctor-led, hygiene-driven, operations-focused philosophy.
  • Collaborate with Doctors: Work closely with doctors to prioritize, plan, and block schedule for continuing education through doctor education and leadership programs.
  • Monitor Progress: Understand the benefits and metrics of DMP and help doctors monitor progress.
  • Identify and Support Future Growth: Identify and support future team growth by selecting candidates that are an 80% match for both the position and the practice.
  • Partner with Doctors: Partner with doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and proper selection team within the practice.
  • Onboard New Team Members: Successfully onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office.
  • Support Team Members: Support team members to prioritize and plan their training through Core Essentials and beyond for growth in their roles.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years' leadership experience in a professional office, hospitality, retail, banking, medical, etc.
  • Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
  • Skills: Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Trustworthiness: Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.
